The production time for the ordered watch depends on its design and quantity. Typically, it takes 15-20 business days to complete a watch assembled in the configurator.

Yes, it is possible to create a custom dial. In addition to the dials available in the editor and collection, there is also the option to modify them (with a custom logo or inscription) or to order a version featuring a completely unique graphic.

There is no minimum order quantity — we can produce the desired watch even for a single piece.

Our watches with a screw-down crown have a water resistance of 10 ATM (100 m) – 44 mm models.
Versions without a screw-down crown have a water resistance of 5 ATM (50 m) – available in 34 mm and 44 mm sizes.

When ordering the Gift Card, we generate a unique coupon code, which you can redeem on the checkout/payment page when purchasing your configured watch. In this case, the amount assigned to the Gift Card will be deducted from the total.

If the value of the selected watch does not exceed the amount on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the value of the chosen watch exceeds the Gift Card amount, the outstanding balance will be displayed during checkout and can be paid by credit/debit card.

For in-person purchases, the remaining amount can be settled by bank transfer, card, or cash.
